If you are covered by compulsory health insurance, you can register with Antakalnis Outpatient Clinic and receive personal healthcare services compensated by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
If you want to become our patient, you can register at the reception of Antakalnis Outpatient Clinic or online.
When you come at the reception, you will need to fill in a special application form for treatment at Antakalnis Outpatient Clinic, a patient's declaration of intent for healthcare services and choose a particular family doctor or paediatrician. You will need to bring an ID document, which can be a passport, ID card, residence permit to live in Lithuania (for foreigners). If the patient is a child, ID documents can include Lithuanian birth certificate or passport, residence permit to live in Lithuania (for foreigners), and a parent's ID document.
According to the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania No. 583 of 9 November 2001, the patient shall pay EUR 0.29 to the outpatient clinic for the processing of registration documents.
If the patient chooses a new medical institution less than 6 months after registering to the previous one, he/she must pay EUR 2.90 for the processing of registrations documents and forwarding of medical records to the institution of his/her choice.
